RolloSONIC is the embodiment of an idea -- a program transducing mouse movement into the control of modular sound-synthesis.

As for most applications, it has attained much additional functionality, but the purpose has not been forgot.

What would become RolloSONIC began in September of 2001, originally called "Sounds" -- nothing too special, but the idea had been realized.

However, by October 2005, a new public spectacle, Soundy Mouse, had surfaced, letting the world know what the computer mouse had really been invented for!
